For weeks, I put off going to the dealership to trade in my Wife's pilot for a 2016 CRV, because i didn't want to face the horror of the sleazy car salesperson and all the back room Shenanigans. This trip to the Honda Barn was the exact OPPOSITE of all the other horrid experiences of my past. Tim R. is awesome! I feel like he listened to what I wanted from them, then did the very best he could to make that happen, without all the back and forth that I have experienced elsewhere in the same town. I intend to visit the Honda Barn for ALL my future vehicle needs, new or used. They are truly a great car dealership. I don't even think of them as a dealership, I think of them as my friend. More

They made car buying a pleasure! I almost didn't stop at the Honda Barn. I had done my online homework and settled on 5 major dealerships in the area. All of the different hatchbacks I almost didn't stop at the Honda Barn. I had done my online homework and settled on 5 major dealerships in the area. All of the different hatchbacks I planned on test driving were rated highly in different online polls and I planned on test driving them all before I made my decision. But after visiting 4 dealers I was just getting tired of the process. But since the Honda Fit was rated near the top on everyone's list of Best Hatchbacks, I figured I'd try one more dealer. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked into the Honda Barn I could tell it was refreshingly different from the other places I'd stopped at. No pressure, no pricing gimmicks and no confusion about the product being offered. Makenzi couldnt have been nicer. She answered my questions and I never felt I was getting a sales pitch. It must come from knowing that you represent a quality product that sells itself. After the test drive I was 90% sold, but my wife still needed to see it and drive it. She so dislikes car shopping that she had me do all the car vetting and waited till I crossed a few off the list before she wanted to get involved. Anyhow, she came with me the next day, met Makenzi, drove the car and said simply, "we don't need to see anymore...let's buy it." Thank you to Makenzi, Sean for making the entire experience a pleasure! We'll spread the word. More
Mixed Feelings Yes it was a simple oil change, but it also gave me a chance to tell them of a few items that needed to look at while it is still under warranty and t Yes it was a simple oil change, but it also gave me a chance to tell them of a few items that needed to look at while it is still under warranty and they staff took the time to look into it and let us know what was happening. I was upset quite a bit as for the last 10 years having a Honda that was traded in with over 371,000 miles to first get the truck registered in told them that we would be waiting, the response was that it would take about and hour or so. Had not even told them about the issues that we wanted to have looked at - an hour couldn't believe it as I always went to one of the quick lube and it was about a half hour as long as there wasn't a line most time it was about 15 -25. Up set about this and also felt that even though they offered Sat hours it wasn't full service but limited. I did get over that and it was good to have the service that was good friendly so friendly that it took the hurt feelings of having to wait so long just for an oil change, just wasn't use to that and to top it off they washed the truck for free. So good friendly service with a free car wash. More

New Honda Fan I have to be honest. When I was growing up, the Honda civic was a first-car starter kit for anyone in my high school wanting to trick out or mod a car I have to be honest. When I was growing up, the Honda civic was a first-car starter kit for anyone in my high school wanting to trick out or mod a car for cheap. I didn't want to like the Honda Civic, but these days, I really, really do. My buddy picked up a civic sedan, I was impressed at a glance. Was introduced to the hatch at the dealer, and holy cow. It has all the bells and whistles inside the vehicle and with good mileage (even better with Econ setting), great safety ratings, resale value, etc. etc. I was concerned about sacrificing space for the hatch option; turns out the cabin is approx. the same size with maybe an inch off the rear. For the added trunk space - worth it. Went into the dealership to trade-in my Mercedes Benz for the 2017 Honda Civic Hatch EX-L Navi. Even went from being historically a black-car fan to blazing red. Tim Raymond helped me to my realization of my love for Honda. Real down to earth guy, customer service unparalleled. Tim made sure there was a nice coat of wax on the car and that the tank was full, had me in and out after we met a deal without cutting corners on the experience or feeling rushed. Sean Belanger was quick and efficient in financing, no exhausting spiel to sit through or any big sales pitch. Kevin Delay had my car in and out of inspection. I was able to show off my new wheels that night. To top it off, they have a great facility and even a nice Keurig in the waiting room. Props to the Honda Barn team in Stratham and to their dedication to customer service and making us feel welcome. More
