Pretty good I think that they need to listen a bit better to customer concerns. I could not seem to get thru to them that I wanted the functionality of the tire I think that they need to listen a bit better to customer concerns. I could not seem to get thru to them that I wanted the functionality of the tire pressure monitor to b tested they just kept assuring me that it wasn't on. I knew it wasn't that was what I was concerned about. Also think that a Honda Accord should not need transmission fluid changed at. Just 30000 had a Milan from 2007 that was good for 150000 More

The service department checked our vehicle very precisely and addressed anything immediately. Plus the Business Manager (Sean) was fantastic, arranging things to our advantage to give us the best possible price & payments and explaining everything in detail. Finally when we picked up our vehicle, the Sales Mgr (Bob) made sure it was clean and well-conditioned and though it was pre-owned we almost felt like we got a brand new car! All in all, a great buying experience and we have already started to recommend Honda Barn to others. More
