A great experience! I went to Honda Barn with my daughter who wished to look into purchasing a 2017 CRV. We felt very comfortable from the moment we were welcomed by Bill Bradley and Eileen Barry. Bill was patient, extremely helpful and made my daughter feel like a member of his family. Bill was not the "high pressure" salesman I have been accustomed to at other dealership's in the past. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Honda see Bill Bradley at the Stratham NH Honda Barn! More

couldn't help me i got my front passenger side air bag replaced by honda barn. heard a loud rattle sound coming from in the dashboard on the passenger side afterwards. i got my front passenger side air bag replaced by honda barn. heard a loud rattle sound coming from in the dashboard on the passenger side afterwards. brought it back, said it wasn't their fault and they can't help me. now i have a terrible rattling sound when i drive and have to pay someone else to fix what they messed up. They may seem small but they are BIG on going the extra mile Went to just look at what they had and what they were all about. Professional, friendly and treated us right, best time buying! We went to a larger dealership and never dealt with the same person, either too busy or wasn't there even though was given a name that would help us out but it didn't happen to often to have the one that was suppose to help us. Got the feeling that they were helping their friends first and not the customer off the street that was looking. That is why we went to the Honda Barn and to learn they will give 10% off anytime we went to them for service, as long as we bought a vehicle from them - they are totally great and easy to work with.
