They are the best! Went in for an oil change and a lo tire light. They found and showed me 3 nails in my tires. My Goodness! No worries. Easy-Peasy! I took my '15 Honda Accord in for a recall adjustment. The person with whom I dealt, Wade (?), was wonderful. Everyone was and is very nice. I gave a five star rating because the service team does a great job. My only complaint is that when you have a simple job to be done, in this case a I gave a five star rating because the service team does a great job. My only complaint is that when you have a simple job to be done, in this case a nail in the tire, they tend to charge way more to fix it than average. $35 for a simple flat. Secondly, they suggested I have the differential fluids replaced at 15000 miles. I've had 4 wheel and AWD since 1985 and never once did I have to have that done. It's recommended at 60,000 mile or more, if ever. I looked it up "cost to fix tire on the internet" and the highest price one should pay for a simple tire fix is $20 max. More

The Honda Barn had the car in stock and in the preferred color. When we arrived, the car was warmed and ready for the test drive. After a bit of price haggling a deal was reached and the whole process was done smoothly, professionally and rapidly, but not so fast that we ever felt pressured. The salesman, Bill Bradley and the finance man Sean Belanger were both highly competent guided us when we needed guidance, explained the various features and warantee programs so that everything was clearly understood. The car was well prepared the following day and Bill sat with us in the car an continued to explain features of the vehicle. Living in MA, I had to arrange for transportation to drop off and pick up the vehicle, and Ethel Brown, the service advisor was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The work was done by professional mechanics. They gave the Honda a quick check for any problems I may not have been aware of, gave it a "bath", and even vacuumed the interior. I would not hesitate to recommend Honda Barn service. More
