Always great service I had my Pilot in for an oil change and tire rotation and one of the tires had a slow leak. The waiting room is super comfortable and has excellent wifi so I was able to get a number of work tasks done while I waited. Ethel took great care of me and provided a clear understanding of what work they did, why and the cost. She is an excellent example of how friendly conscientious customer service really makes a big difference. All of this makes it easy for me to continue to bring my car to the Honda Barn for service. I was so pleased to find that they had several appointments open and I was able to go in within 2 hrs of my call. I waited while the service was completed and found the service staff to be friendly and courteous and the waiting area clean and comfortable with a "quiet space" available away from the tv. The service staff was very thorough in both completing the oil change and making me aware of issues of concern for the future health of my car. More
