Very user friendly. After visiting various websites and dealerships, we ended up at the Honda Barn in Stratham. We were greeted by Ed Neilie who summarily took us out fo After visiting various websites and dealerships, we ended up at the Honda Barn in Stratham. We were greeted by Ed Neilie who summarily took us out for a test drive in a new CR-V, which we loved but wanted in a different color. We were trading in a leased Murano Platinum with all the bells and whistles, but the CRV suited me very well and was fun to drive. With very little hassle we came to an agreement and closed the deal. I picked up my new car the next day, and it only took a few minutes to complete the paperwork with Sean. There were no "hard sell" tactics involved with either the sale or the potential service contract. Ed took me through all the particulars of the dashboard and workings of the vehicle so that I felt very comfortable driving out of the lot.
