Were ready for as soon as a I arrived and then shuttled me to and from home while the work was done. Only glitch was that I was told the service would take about an hour when I made the appointment, then told it would be 3 hours when I checked in, and didn't get a call saying it was completed until over 5 hours later. That didn't inconvenience me this time, but could be a major problem the next. Didn't seem like they had very many cars in the shop at the time. See other reviews here that complain about the wait. Hope they can clear this up because all else seems good. More

Good people. I brought my car in because the new battery I bought a few months ago was dead.. I jump started it a number of times thinking the battery was new so i I brought my car in because the new battery I bought a few months ago was dead.. I jump started it a number of times thinking the battery was new so it had to be something else. As it turned out the battery was defective and they replaced it no charge. They fixed the problem, washed my car, vacuumed and set me on my way. More
