Lets be fair. This noise appeared after you closed your garage door on your tailgate spoiler. You never complained of the "door rattle" until your car was out of warranty. We were unable to duplicate the rattle you hear. Still I wanted to help you, I set you up with alternate transportation and scheduled"Josh" from American Honda to inspect and drive your vehicle to address your concerns. He has the final say as he is the Representative from the Manufacturer. I even gave your husband my personal cell number so he could call me while I was at the hairdresser. Further I provided him with the number to American Honda so he could move his complaint up the ladder. If you were to drive eight miles around this dealership...its further than you think. I am shocked you feel we didn't' do enough or take your concerns seriously. I think its best to agree to disagree and we both move on. I wish you the best. I will advise Mark to close his file.
