It took forever for the parts to come in for this potentially dangerous recall, probably six or seven months , which I consider unacceptable from the corporate Honda, but the dealership could not have been more accommodating with regard to a loaner car once I requested one. Jeff called me before he did the work, and kept me informed. Honda as a company needs to do something about their air conditioning. $840.00 to fix it was too much for something that should not break. I have never had to repair a car's air conditioner. there is a lot of chatter on the internet about this problem. This is no way a reflection of the Honda Barn. More
