Very prompt and great customer service I had a great experience at the Honda Barn. They were able to see me quickly (within two days), were flexible with scheduling as I have limited availability, and completed the work within a pretty strict time-frame. The waiting area was clean and all staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming. We will be bringing both of our Hondas there from now on. I thought Ethel was awesome- she was very knowledgable and provided good explanations for everything that was done. She is definitely an asset to your service department. The only thing I had been hoping for was that my car would be vacuumed- that may not be standard there but that little extra would have been nice as I spent almost $1000. More

Especially nice seeing Jeff's familiar face - what a wonderful way to start my day knowing my car was in good hands and hopefully they could find and fix whatever was making the horrible grinding sound coming from the rear of the car. Not only did I have an oil change and the brake plate moved off the rotor but also received a complimentary car wash. Wow, all done in less time than I expected. With close to 150,000 miles on my Accord I left feeling comfortable, secure and happy. More

While buying a new Although we had a good experience with the Sales side of Honda Barn, we were not pleased with our experience with the SERVICE side. While buying a new car, we asked if there were any recalls for our second car, a 2009 Honda Civic. Turned out there was one associated with the passenger side air bag. While the car was in for the replacement, we were called that they had done a “multipoint inspection” and found several problems: all the fluids were “dirty” and should be replaced, there were two oil leaks that should be repaired and the wheels were out of alignment. We found this to be very suspicious as we had replaced all four tires and had an alignment less than a week earlier. We agreed to have the oil leaks fixed at a cost of over $500 but now wonder how necessary it was to have any of the repairs made. More

airbag recall. Had appt for 9:30am Car still outside at 11:20am. Was told I was a fill in. Not appt. Had to be out by noon for work.
