Carl, I am very sorry this continues to be an issue for you. I understand your mistrust of our work on your 2009 Civic is based on the wheel alignment. We recently upgraded to a state of the art alignment rack which provides a digital print out of the specs of your alignment which was given to you before you authorized the work. Often time when you purchased tires they perform a wheel balancing not to be confused with an alignment. If you wish to discuss this further, I would gladly meet with you again. Linda Murphy
