Dear Pkinner, I am sorry to learn of your disappointment but glad you were able to get the correction for free. Brakes wear differently on all vehicles with all drivers. It does not appear that you put a lot of miles on your vehicle and typically that means more short trips which require more application of the brakes. Depending on how the car is driven and stored has more to do with brake wear and failure than mileage.
