Fast and Courteous I took my car in for an intermittent issue I've had with the stereo. They took everything apart and checked all the connections. Ethel gave me a $1000 estimate and had my parts ordered and shipped by the next day! When I ran into a problem with my car insurance about a courtesy car Ethel made sure I had a brand new courtesy car lat friday morning. I left my car and drove off feeling very important. When my phone rang before 4pm and it was Ethel telling me to come get the car before all the holiday traffic hits the 95 again I was feeling very important again. Ethel is an outstanding service writer and is very competent and above average at her job. I hope you will compensate her for this review because I will always be back.
