Awesome customer care. Took my CRV in for service. One of the parts was back ordered and it looked like I would need to bring my CRV in for another date to finish service. Took my CRV in for service. The Service Manage ended up finding the part at another dealer so I didn't have to come back. I even got a box of Girl Scout Cookies out of the deal!
