We are lucky to have uncommon people in our service and parts departments. They call around to different dealerships in the area, leaving no stone unturned. We find that a great percentage of those belong to people who have consistently done the regular maintenance a vehicle requires. Those 5,000 mile oil changes tend to pay dividends. It's easy to give our loyal customers individual attention. Over the years we get to know them, and any special requirements they may have.
