2016 CRV Purchase I purchased a 2016 CRV EX. This is my second sales experience with Bill Bradley (Sales) and Chris Clickner (Finance) at Honda Barn. NO PRESSURE SALE I purchased a 2016 CRV EX. Bill did an awesome of job of demonstrating all the new features of the 2016 model (I traded in my 2013 CRV). He is such a pleasure to deal with. I asked that my trailer hitch be moved from my 2013 to the new 2016/asked that my brand new 65,000 mile tires be moved from my 2013 to 2016...NO PROBLEM! Burton the Sales Manager was very professional and straightforward during negotiations. Chris had all the paperwork for our closing organized and perfect. Engine noise From the moment I dropped off my vehicle until I picked it up I received fabulous customer service. Good But.. Great Service but I guess Honda needs to adress the brake issue on ethe 2014 Pilot. All 4 rotors were warped at 21,000 miles. I am in the car business And have had many new cars in my lifetime. If you look online you will see the same thing happened to many 2014 Honda Pilot customers. Honda Barn did work with me and gave a good discount on machining the Rotors so Kudos to them for stepping up. Now it is Hondas turn! More
