I am very sorry you were made to feel that way. Sometimes it is very hectic in service, although a poor excuse, I assure you no one was trying to treat you poorly. I am not sure with whom I should take this up with. I don't answer phones nor make appointments for service. If you wish to contact me I am available at all business hours, perhaps if you do you could elaborate on the "didn't junk anything".
