Low pressure sales - polite and informative. Decided not to buy it that day - to remove the emotional aspect of buying a car. Also wanted to check out the competition. Called the next morning asked for a firm quote. They met the price I needed. The sales rep, Tim, had that day off but still came in to meet me and finalize the sale.
