Wanted to charge me $230 just to diagnose the problem Dropped the truck off for repair, they wanted to charge me $230 to diagnose two problems and wouldn't put that towards the overall bill. I've never s Dropped the truck off for repair, they wanted to charge me $230 to diagnose two problems and wouldn't put that towards the overall bill. I've never seen a dealership work this way. I asked if they would waive the fee if I decided to have the work done there, they said no. I asked for them to check with the manager on this they said they'd call back and let me know and never did. I had to call to cancel the work. This is the second bad experience I've had here. The last time they wanted $260 to replace a tire sensor, Sears did it for $60. We will never be back, which is too bad since we live in the same town as the dealership. More

Later that day I stopped at the Honda dealership without an appointment to have them check that battery was ok. I had to wait a short time but they were very accommodating and checked my vechicle. A new battery was needed and put in at no charge where vechicle was under warranty. The people that work at the dealership were very professional and knowledgeable as usual. They are a great group!
