Thanks for taking the time to share your story. Welcome to the Seacoast! We are very sorry to hear about the tree, but at least it sounds like everyone is OK. The Odyssey is a great vehicle. With all the different ways you can configure the space in it, the vehicle is incredibly versatile for hauling people and things as well. It does it all as one of the safest vehicles on the road, as well. We're glad you felt comfortable buying from us. That's music to our ears! We're proud of Dave and Chris. They do a remarkable job and we're glad you gave them recognition for the good job they did for you. We aren't out to be the largest Honda dealer in the country. That isn't likely to happen in Stratham, NH. We ARE out to be the best Honda dealer in the country, though. That we think we can do, one customer at a time. He's been doing that for us for over fourteen years, now. We have many salespeople with a great deal of Honda experience. When people come in for the airbag inflators to be done, sometimes they haven't been to a dealership in a while and we notice things that should be addressed in order to drive safely (and/or extend the life of the vehicle). It's good that you had the time to address things immediately while you waited. If time doesn't allow for waiting you can always ask when would be a good time to drop it off and perhaps get a loaner.
