Hi KarenH122, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. I am very sorry about the offensive smell in the service department. It is very difficult for our patrons to wait comfortably. I hope in the end you will think it was worth it. Speaking of worth it.....I can appreciate your concern over paying a diagnostics charge. It is our policy that we charge diagnostic time to our customers. If you then elect to have the repairs done we would waive the charge. It is not the perfect policy however we find it to be the fairest treatment of both our customers and technicians. Everyone goes to work each day in an effort to make a living. June, I am sorry you felt that we were trying to sell you "lots of things". When anyone brings their vehicle into our shop, it is our responsibility to inspect and report our findings. If you had an issue and left here without our notifying you, we would be having a much different exchange. You were advised that your vehicle is out of alignment, which will surely cause premature tire wear, your brakes are approaching replacement levels, a safety issue and your serpentine belt is worn. I can only respond with I am sorry you feel this way, I believe they were doing their job.
