Dissappointed We were 2 1/2 hours from home when my 2009 Honda Odyssey started bucking and the check engine light started flashing. I knew there was a service warra We were 2 1/2 hours from home when my 2009 Honda Odyssey started bucking and the check engine light started flashing. I knew there was a service warranty on my vehicle for piston rings, so I called the service department at Honda Barn since we were closest to them and informed Jeff of my issue. In talking with him on the phone, he didn't seem too concerned with my issue-told me I could bring it in if I wanted-and I hung up feeling more like I was bothering him than welcome to bring it down. Since we were stuck-I had to bring it in. When I got to the dealer, we walked in the front door and because there was a lot of construction, we couldn't find the service department. A sales rep walked right past us-didn't say hi, but finally turned around and asked if we needed help when he could see were lost. He did kindly direct us to the right place. Upon getting to the counter, Jeff didn't say hello or "I'm glad you brought it in". He looked at me and instead simply said, "I need your registration." It wasn't the warmest of greetings! He typed in our information and even took photocopies of the paperwork I brought from my Honda service department in VT, and said that he would try to get the vehicle looked at Monday morning. This was at 12:30 on a Saturday. And, again, we were 2 1/2 hours away from home. We asked if he had a rental and he said the rental agency was closed. Needless to say we were a little nervous-here in town with two toddlers and a 9 year old for Christmas. We asked if there was something they could do-some vehicle to loan us- and he was very unsympathetic in saying no and that his hands were tied. He didn't even pretend to try something. Thankfully we had a family member lend us their car to leave the dealer, but we didn't have a vehicle to ride in or get back home to Vermont. I don't know what I was expecting, but I at least was expecting to be treated like we were a priority and that Jeff cared about our issue. Instead it felt like we were a nuisance. Not the feeling we want when we are at their mercy without a vehicle 2 1/2 hours from home! We won't go back if we are in the area again. More

Honda Barn in Stratham is a good place to buy a car. I had looked at CR-V's there quite a while ago and had dealt with John Singleton at that time. I wasn't ready and he didn't push. Great customer service I bought my CRV in November and within 1 month I had a crack in my window. I was unaware of a rock hitting the windshield so I called and asked if thi I bought my CRV in November and within 1 month I had a crack in my window. I was unaware of a rock hitting the windshield so I called and asked if this could have happened before I bought it. They agreed to assess my car. It turns out my windshield had been hit by a rock, but Brendan in the service dept worked with his dept and they agreed to replace my windshield because I just bought the car. I used to live in MA and glass coverage was included in my policy, which does not carry over in NH. Needless to say, this was a HUGE help especially around the holidays. Brendan was professional, timely, and driven for complete customer satisfaction. He even had a loaner vehicle for me to use for the day to help with convenience. I am so happy I decided to buy through the Stratham Honda Barn. Thanks again Brendan and service team! More
First Oil change and tire rotation for new 2015 Honda Fit Good service, and first oil change for new car is free, which is nice. Minor problem with tire pressure monitor.
