Good service I was very happy with the service department but I am a little concern with there waiting room. While. I heard how much they were paying for the car, how much cash they were putting down and how much they were going to put on there credit card and how much they were getting for there trade in. I think they need to have a separate room for waiting so you wouldn't hear such personal things. More

To my surprise and satisfaction even with the significant drop in temperature the tire pressure was right on. This indicates to me that someone at the Honda Barn to the time to ensure my experience was exceptional and adjusted the tire pressure. Yes it is a small thing, but with my car being returned freshly washed and tire pressure adjusted it indicates to me that the Honda Barn team is committed to excellence. More

1st time customer..... I have just moved to the area and was in the market for a new Pilot (trading in my 2006 EX-L). This would be my 17th Honda. I didn't want a Honda, until I came here! I was on the way to buy a Chevy Equinox and my boyfriend suggested I test drive a Honda CR-V before I made my decision. After some research, I realized 5 other nurses I work with have the crv and love it!!! Bill Bradley greeted me & I told him I only wanted to test drive but wasn't buying. He was very informative and went through everything before I drove. He was turn quiet during the ride so I wasn't distracted from all of the features. I did not feel any pressure at all. I went to Chevy & realized the crv was what I wanted. I went back later that day & bought the crv with everything I wanted fof a great price! I am more than happy and have been raving about my experience with bill and Stratham Honda barn!!! -Brittany More
