They assess the problem and get it fixed right the 1st time I have an older Honda with a lot of miles so I believe they are as good as their word about what needs to be done....brakes are the latest thing. We were so satisfied with our first experience that we returned just 3 months later to purchase a brand new Honda Pilot. I went to another dealership before, to shop for the Honda (we live about 2 hours away from Stratham, in Massachusetts... so it's not the easiest transaction to begin with) and our experience at the other dealership was way too typical - high pressure salespeople, when asked for numbers/best offer I got referred to the manager who was your stereotypical career-salesperson. Went to Honda Barn and Chris gave us exactly what we were looking for at a price that fit our budget perfectly. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a title issue that went unhandled before the finance person went on vacation and I had to chase it down with the manager so that caused some grief on my end that I'd rather not have had. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience throughout. More
