The service rep explained the idle stop issue which needed an update. I had questions which he answered and told me how much time it would take. When I told him I would be back next month for an inspe needed an update. I had questions which he answered and told me how much time it would take. When I told him I would be back next month for an inspection sticker he asked if I wanted it done then. He kept me informed throughout the process and got me on my way in the time he told me. We are thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with Honda Stratham’s customer service, specifically Tim Raymond in sales and Barry Goodman in management. My husband and I communicated very specific terms and came to an agreement with the sales team. We returned a few days later to finalize the sale and pick up the vehicle and we’re completely blindsided when the APR, loan term and cost of the vehicle were different than what we had agreed to. We discourage business with this dealership. More
