Received quick friendly response via text and made appointment for next day. The car was at another dealership so they arranged to have local by 10:30 AM. I arrived early for test drive and was greete appointment for next day. The car was at another dealership so they arranged to have local by 10:30 AM. I arrived early for test drive and was greeted with friendly knowledgeable reps and car was waiting for me. After test drive, Chris answered my questions and took my info to get started. While I wasn’t thrilled with the amount offered for my trade, they did show me the work needed to justify that number and we made deal. It was 12/31 so busy and I had an hour wait to complete financing. They showed me to a comfortable waiting area with free wifi and my sales rep gave me money for the vending machine so I wouldn’t get hangry. Overall, excellent experience, I love my car and if future service holds… I would definitely recommend and return. More
