Slimy salesman. Told me the car that I had put a deposit on had arrived and we set up an appointment for me to come in to test drive/buy it. He knew I was driving down from ~2 hrs north and had to rent a car to get there. When I got there a few days later at the time of my appointment I was told my car was not there and had never arrived at all. He was completely unapologetic and offered no explanation as to why he decided not to call me and let me know that little piece of info. There is absolutely no logical reason why this occurred besides a complete lack of respect for my time and incompetence on his part. Bill is the textbook definition of a slimy car salesman. Wouldn't look me in the eye. Wouldn't answer yes or no questions. Offered no apology let alone even a basic understanding of the problem. No offer to compensate me for my wasted time or wasted money spent on a rental car. More

I brought my car in for an inspection and a couple of issues. I planned a time that I knew I didn't need my car for a couple of days as it was a rear seat issue. I assumed it could be a big project. I pulled into their service center a little after 5:00 p. m. on the Friday before Labor Day, a damsel in distress with a flat tire and a destination of Westbrook, Maine. They immediately looked at my tire and m. on the Friday before Labor Day, a damsel in distress with a flat tire and a destination of Westbrook, Maine. They immediately looked at my tire and determined that it could not be patched Then they made some calls to try to locate a new tire for me. Given the time of day, they weren't able to locate one so, they put my spare tire on so that I could make the trip home. I sat in the waiting room while they changed my tire, which took no time at all. I was then given my invoice for $0.00. I was blown away! They were outstanding! I'm sure they were anxious to start their holiday weekend, but they took the time to help me out. They went above and beyond the call of duty and couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend Honda stratum to anyone. More
