He is extremely detailed oriented- he kept track of everything we discussed. He took his time, I never felt rush. He kept me informed every step of the way while waiting for my car to be ready for pick up. He made me feel like I was buying a car from someone in my family! I always feel that I am being taken advantage of and on my last bill found 4 different overcharges. They were begrudgingly removed. When I arrived for a needed emergency repair it sounded like the clerk k my last bill found 4 different overcharges. They were begrudgingly removed. When I arrived for a needed emergency repair it sounded like the clerk knew this was going to happen but was willing to let me blame the bump in the road. I am mad at myself for not asking for the bolts that had held on the damaged part. More

The service was ok except after completing all the points of service they failed to reset the dash display back to the original display causing me to have to figure out how to reset it myself.
