The absolute WORSE service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I went in because my sensors on the dash were going crazy and they wanted me to "leave the car" for minimum the whole day up to a week. entire life. I went in because my sensors on the dash were going crazy and they wanted me to "leave the car" for minimum the whole day up to a week. I demanded a 10 minute sensor check and that I would wait. After a few hours ( which was fine by me) they wanted me to pay $150 and get "work" done. I said I would go elsewhere for the work and refused to pay that. My NEW car has 21,000 miles in it. I would never recommend this horrible place to anyone. Nasty customer service from service/ parts department AND manager!! They both need to be fired and replaced by anyone else. I had never been treated this bad. More

Slimy salesman. Told me the car that I had put a deposit on had arrived and we set up an appointment for me to come in to test drive/buy it. He knew I was driving down from ~2 hrs north and had to rent a car to get there. When I got there a few days later at the time of my appointment I was told my car was not there and had never arrived at all. He was completely unapologetic and offered no explanation as to why he decided not to call me and let me know that little piece of info. There is absolutely no logical reason why this occurred besides a complete lack of respect for my time and incompetence on his part. Bill is the textbook definition of a slimy car salesman. Wouldn't look me in the eye. Wouldn't answer yes or no questions. Offered no apology let alone even a basic understanding of the problem. No offer to compensate me for my wasted time or wasted money spent on a rental car. More

I brought my car in for an inspection and a couple of issues. I planned a time that I knew I didn't need my car for a couple of days as it was a rear seat issue. I assumed it could be a big project.
