Legally Cold Brought my car in for faulty A/C and an engine light diagnosis. Problems were identified that day, parts ordered and repairs completed in 58hrs. The cost was way higher than anticipated, and an additional $600 problem part was discovered during the repair(Ouch!!), but it's a 12yr old car, so these things are to be expected. Jeff helped me out with a discount on parts and labor. Big thanks to Jeff for that. Next day was a 426 mile road trip to the Berkshire Mtns. Cool and comfortable all the way. Thanks Honda Barn! More

I went there without an appointment AS stated in the title, I needed an NH inspection sticker and they recommended an oil and filter change. I had to wait but that's not a problem as I h AS stated in the title, I needed an NH inspection sticker and they recommended an oil and filter change. I had to wait but that's not a problem as I had no appointment. This was my first oil and filter change so it was free, including a car wash. Experience was pleasant and did not take as long as I thought it would be. Inspection price was more then expected as most places charge less then the $46.00 I was charged. Overall a good experience! Thanks to Ethel Brown they were able to get this done. More

I came in for a simple oil change on a 3 year old Honda with 30,000 miles...somehow, they found or recommended over $1,000 Enough of the "Up selling". I came in for a simple oil change on a 3 year old Honda with 30,000 miles...somehow, they found or recommended over $1,000 worth of service. Seriously? New wiper blade insert for $36? Air filter for $125?. I went to an auto parts store and bought new blades for $17, and air filter for $35. When I went for a walk thru the showroom to stretch my legs, I was stalked by a salesman, I said I'm here for service and just walking around, he still persisted in walking with me and telling me about trade in.values were never better and how great the new 2016's were....seriously? I would recommend just sticking to business, limit upsell to 10% of initial cost and stop the sales crew from tormenting guests. More

Why bother with an appointment Prior to this experience, I have had pretty good service. I had an 8:30 appointment for a state inspection and oil change, I was told this would take about 2 hours. At 9:25 am, I noticed that my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I went out to the service desk and inquired how they would be able to get me out on time, when they still did not have my car in the shop. The employee I spoke with, said my car was in- I pointed out to the lot and showed her it was not. She then said, they must have brought in the wrong car- and promised me that it would still be done on time. My frustration with this was due to the fact that appointments are made for a reason, and I should not have to check the parking lot to see if my car is in fact in the shop. More

Professional and efficient Dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. They called me mid-morning to let me know I needed an alignment as well. They were done by Noon so I was able to have a co-worker bring me over for my car. Jeffrey explained everything they did including the multi-point inspection and showed me what my alignment was like before they fixed it. More
