They went out of their way to contact Honda to help pay for a part that had just exceeded warranty! When I picked up my car they got it running while I checked out so the air conditioner could cool off the car and the car was vacuumed and washed. More
Thorough and Professional I came in for Service just to change the 4wd fluid, and of course, I was told that there were other issues found. I had a wheel out of alignment and my serpentine belt needed changing on my Honda CRV. I did not examine the serpentine belt, so I took their word for it. The issues were explained thoroughly, professionally, and I thought the cost of the repairs wasn't all that bad (there was a special on the 4-wheel alignment that essentially was the same price as what my local Town Fair tire charges). The dealership waiting area is nice, and I was able to get work done while I waited for the Services to be completed. I recently had Service at another local Honda dealer and I saw the Service reps driving vehicles around the lot at a very high speed and was so turned off, that I'll never go there again. I didn't see any of that type of behavior here and felt like both my vehicle and myself were treated with courtesy. I was pleased with the overall experience. More

good service I came to the Honda Barn service center with a kluking noise in the front suspension. It was diagnosed as a worn right sway bar. The service manager recommended replacing both left and right and a front end alignment. The parts were not in their parts department. The service manager offered a loaner car while the parts were being acquired. The parts arrived and the service was completed. The service manager was very friendly and helpful. More

Really? Had airbag replaced under recall. Honda Barn provided a free 32 point inspection which said I needed new rear brakes. Having replaced my brakes 23,000 Had airbag replaced under recall. Having replaced my brakes 23,000 miles earlier, I went back to the repair shop who replaced the brakes and we took the wheels off and looked at the brakes. They were fine and do not need replacing. Also the 32 point inspection said my wiper blades were good. They were not. In fact the rear window wiper blade on my CRV was missing its squeegee. More
Nice people. Nice place. Failed to fix my car Jeff was super nice. Place was clean. Service was poor. Dropped my car off for the day on Friday. Explained there was a rattle in the left of the dash board. Explained that it happened any time I drove over bumps and that it wouldn't rattle if I applied pressure to the dash board with my hand. They spent the day working on it and claimed they tightened a back passenger seat cable and that that was the rattle I had been hearing. Drove to work today and the dash board is still rattling. I'll have to leave it for another day at another dealership. So frustrating. Huge waste of my time. More
