Why bother with an appointment Prior to this experience, I have had pretty good service. I had an 8:30 appointment for a state inspection and oil change, I was told this would take Prior to this experience, I have had pretty good service. I had an 8:30 appointment for a state inspection and oil change, I was told this would take about 2 hours. At 9:25 am, I noticed that my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I went out to the service desk and inquired how they would be able to get me out on time, when they still did not have my car in the shop. The employee I spoke with, said my car was in- I pointed out to the lot and showed her it was not. She then said, they must have brought in the wrong car- and promised me that it would still be done on time. My frustration with this was due to the fact that appointments are made for a reason, and I should not have to check the parking lot to see if my car is in fact in the shop. More

Professional and efficient Dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. They called me mid-morning to let me know I needed an alignment as well. They were done by Noon so I was able to have a co-worker bring me over for my car.
