Communicate with sales I asked for a car fax to see what services my vehicle needed and it was a big hassle. Fast and Courteous I took my car in for an intermittent issue I've had with the stereo. They took everything apart and checked all the connections. I was glad to have it looked at though. The Honda Barn was very efficient and took the time to explain everything (without treating me like some silly woman, as I have been treated at other places). Ethel gave me a $1000 estimate and had my parts ordered and shipped by the next day! When I ran into a problem with my car insurance about a courtesy car Ethel made sure I had a brand new courtesy car lat friday morning. I left my car and drove off feeling very important. When my phone rang before 4pm and it was Ethel telling me to come get the car before all the holiday traffic hits the 95 again I was feeling very important again. Ethel is an outstanding service writer and is very competent and above average at her job. I hope you will compensate her for this review because I will always be back. When they discovered the repair would take longer than expected they offered a free courtesy car to use which I really appreciate. They went out of their way to contact Honda to help pay for a part that had just exceeded warranty! When I picked up my car they got it running while I checked out so the air conditioner could cool off the car and the car was vacuumed and washed. More
Thorough and Professional I came in for Service just to change the 4wd fluid, and of course, I was told that there were other issues found. I had a wheel out of alignment I came in for Service just to change the 4wd fluid, and of course, I was told that there were other issues found. I had a wheel out of alignment and my serpentine belt needed changing on my Honda CRV. I did not examine the serpentine belt, so I took their word for it. The issues were explained thoroughly, professionally, and I thought the cost of the repairs wasn't all that bad (there was a special on the 4-wheel alignment that essentially was the same price as what my local Town Fair tire charges). The dealership waiting area is nice, and I was able to get work done while I waited for the Services to be completed. I recently had Service at another local Honda dealer and I saw the Service reps driving vehicles around the lot at a very high speed and was so turned off, that I'll never go there again. I didn't see any of that type of behavior here and felt like both my vehicle and myself were treated with courtesy. I was pleased with the overall experience. More
