30k service I had the 30 k service on my 2014 CRV as recommended in my owners manual. I was appalled when I was given the service charge of 450.00. I thought it was just a check and had no idea all the filters etc would be replaced without my knowledge or consent. That excluded the alignment they said I also needed for an additional 99.00!!! I conceded to that in the fall. Now I need another one!! The service woman said It was from all the winter driving and pot holes I had driven through over the winter!! What winter?? We had no snow, plus my car has been in the garage for most of the winter. We use another car for winter driving!!!! Never going back or having service down at the Honda Barn! I live in town and will make sure I tell everyone I know!!!! What a rip off!!! From now on I will go elsewhere!!! More

Awesome customer care. Took my CRV in for service. One of the parts was back ordered and it looked like I would need to bring my CRV in for another date to finish service. Took my CRV in for service. One of the parts was back ordered and it looked like I would need to bring my CRV in for another date to finish service. The Service Manage ended up finding the part at another dealer so I didn't have to come back. I even got a box of Girl Scout Cookies out of the deal! I have always been happy with the results which are timely and for a cost that I feel is fair and reasonable. Special kudos go to Mark Soucy who runs the Service Dept for the individual attention that he consistently shows me when my Honda needs service. More
