Lengthy wait but courteous service On Monday, I stopped in to try to have a light fixed on my car. I came to the dealer for service because the problem was more than just a bulb change, On Monday, I stopped in to try to have a light fixed on my car. I came to the dealer for service because the problem was more than just a bulb change, as I had already had new bulbs tried at a different shop. The earliest appointment was Thursday at 1 pm. I arrived at 1 pm and there was only one other person waiting. My car was not brought into the garage until after 2 pm. Around 3 pm, I was told what the repair would be. I was also asked if I would like a car wash, which was probably because I had waited so long. I did not leave until 4 pm. The cost was what the estimate had been, so that was not an issue. I come to the dealer for experienced Honda repair people and Honda parts, but I do feel that the repair should have been faster when I had already waited for the appointment. More
Delivered as Promised I went in for a scheduled oil change (first time in). I was promised that it would take no more than one hour and they finished right on time! It is rare these days for a service company to not only deliver what they say they will, but to exceed expectations... consider me impressed! I will be coming back to the Honda Barn for service in the future. More
Quick fix i was able to get the rubber edge of my windshield wiper replaced quickly on a very busy service day during my lunch hour. I asked if they would waive the fee if I decided to have the work done there, they said no. I asked for them to check with the manager on this they said they'd call back and let me know and never did. I had to call to cancel the work. This is the second bad experience I've had here. The last time they wanted $260 to replace a tire sensor, Sears did it for $60. We will never be back, which is too bad since we live in the same town as the dealership. More

Later that day I stopped at the Honda dealership without an appointment to have them check that battery was ok. I had to wait a short time but they were very accommodating and checked my vechicle. A new battery was needed and put in at no charge where vechicle was under warranty. The people that work at the dealership were very professional and knowledgeable as usual. They are a great group!
