I am very sorry that was your experience. I have to agree we are overwhelmed some days. The airbag recall has consumed our entire schedule. As a safety issue, we are not in a position to turn away those vehicles in favor of our preferred clients. Combine that with the construction, and yes its chaotic. Good news, we are weeks away from our new service department which will provide you will drive in service, and the seating...you may nap in these chairs. If you call me I would like to refund you for your oil change in hopes that you give us another chance. I would also like to know who worked on your vehicle. Thank you for your input and again, I am sorry.
