Excellent help from Jeff I appreciate the timeliness and the loaner. I have needed to make appointments on the weekend. Jeffrey Arnault was very nice and took the time to bring out to the showroom away from the paint fumes. They charge $115 an hour just to diagnose the problem in your which I think is a little pricey. Therefore the warranty amount was prorated. Still paid $135.00 for the new battery. Also, I had a long wait just to get a battery replaced. More

My wife and I were shopping around but no person or dealer impressed us as much as Al and Honda Barn. After patiently working with us, they gave us the best price and followed that up with equally great service at reasonable costs over the years. I have since bought two more Honda Accords though Al who is now the Sales Manager and with my latest purchase, Tim Raymond, who was equally as knowledgeable and professional. I've referred several friends of mine who have bought from them as well and are just as satisfied. Mark Soucy, the Service Manager, is just as pleasant to work with. I have all my service done at Honda Barn because their costs are competitive, their work is excellent and done when expected! It's a great organization and I hope they keep it up! More
