First Visit My first time oil change was supposed to be free. I then had to pay $39.95 for a tire rotation when I paid I was also charged an environmental fee. I then left the parking lot with the lights turned off because my settings had been adjusted. About 2 miles down the road, my low tire alert came on. I had asked the cashier how much an oil change and rotation is typically was, but she had no idea. I was then informed by a gentleman that it was $75 yet looking at my receipt there was only a $17.98 charge for an oil change. I was assured that the semi synthetic oil had been used but really do not believe it after the experience I had. I had to wait almost a week for an appointment! More
