I am so sorry and disappointed that this is a recap of your experience with us. I was unable to find you in our system under wendycollins. Again I apologize. I am also confused. We do offer a free oil and filter change for you at your first visit. I am thinking where you asked for synthetic oil which is not covered that they charged your for the upgrade as it is quite a bit more than we the oil we recommend and use. As for the tire rotation, all of our services are presented, quoted and you the consumer determine if you want the work performed. Under no circumstances would we perform any work that was not authorized. As for the cashier, they are not trained to provide quotes for services as they are not trained on service repairs. Ah the wait, we all hate the wait. Our Service Department is quite busy on a good day, with the airbag recall we are swamped. I apologize for the delay and the experience you had.
