Airbag recall and duplicate key at Honda Barn I initially went to Honda Barn for a recall on the passenger side air bag. I decided to also have a duplicate key programmed. He was personable and attentive. Frankly, I was amazed by the pleasant updates throughout the wait. I have never been to any garage or dealership where that occurred before. If it is company policy, it is one that I greatly appreciated.
