They assess the problem and get it fixed right the 1st time I have an older Honda with a lot of miles so I believe they are as good as their word about what needs to be done....brakes are the latest thing. This job was done in a timely manner The passenger airbag was the subject of a recall. Honda Barn ordered up the part promptly and installed the replacement bag inflator. There were no complications, and a free car wash was included. Everything straightforward. Absolutely no complaints. There was, of course, no charge, as it was a recall job. In the past I have sometimes faulted this garage for not promptly ordering parts (specifically a new clutch) when the diagnosis was obvious, thereby leading to a delay of several days in initiating the work. Also, they don't make a practice of returning the old parts (unless maybe one asks them). E.g. one time they didn't return the old flywheel and informed me that their scrap metal guy has just been there and picked it up. No such problems this time: I did not want the old and suspect airbag inflator! More
