I got to Honda Stratham an hour late for a same-day 2PM appointment. I was concerned about the 5 hour drive home from ME to NY because whenever braked I heard a scraping sound from my rear driver-side whee appointment. I was concerned about the 5 hour drive home from ME to NY because whenever braked I heard a scraping sound from my rear driver-side wheel well. The kindly service desk fellow and the mechanics worked hard & fast to completely replace both rear brakes (and a dirty air filter). I was out of there just after the 5:30 closing. I was grateful for the fine service. & But for the price tag--$1300 (ouch) it was an excellent experience as these things go. More
