I pulled into their service center a little after 5:00 p. m. on the Friday before Labor Day, a damsel in distress with a flat tire and a destination of Westbrook, Maine. They immediately looked at my tire and m. on the Friday before Labor Day, a damsel in distress with a flat tire and a destination of Westbrook, Maine. They immediately looked at my tire and determined that it could not be patched Then they made some calls to try to locate a new tire for me. Given the time of day, they weren't able to locate one so, they put my spare tire on so that I could make the trip home. I sat in the waiting room while they changed my tire, which took no time at all. I was then given my invoice for $0.00. I was blown away! They were outstanding! I'm sure they were anxious to start their holiday weekend, but they took the time to help me out. They went above and beyond the call of duty and couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend Honda stratum to anyone. More

It was easy to schedule my appointment. I arrived early and was greeted. My appointment seemed to be quick and the whole experience was fine. Zach Allen who was my advisor was very nice and I arrived early and was greeted. My appointment seemed to be quick and the whole experience was fine. Zach Allen who was my advisor was very nice and especially when he came to the room were people waiting could sit at a table he was very soft spoken so not to alarm anyone.
