2 hours to replace 1 bulb in tail light and switch in new wipers - you’d think this would be pretty easy stuff. Nope. Told car was ready - fortunately I checked the tail light before driving off - and yet th wipers - you’d think this would be pretty easy stuff. Nope. Donald Paige, Service Manager, and his team really helped me out in a pinch! I was on my way from Mass. to help my sister for the day in NH. I was only a few miles away from her house when I had to detour th me out in a pinch! I was on my way from Mass. to help my sister for the day in NH. I was only a few miles away from her house when I had to detour through a construction zone and ended up with a flat tire. Luckily the service department had the correct tire in stock. The mechanic delayed his lunch time to service my car immediately so I could help my sister as planned. Thank you Honda Stratham! You made my day! More
