TB6078, I am very sorry to hear this. Not sure who you are by the ID you used. Regardless, if you feel this way, we failed to communicate well with you. I will say, brakes generally not covered under any warranty. I need to know how long ago you purchased your Cr-V, how many miles you have driven (sometimes less is worse here on the Seacoast) , factors that could play into making an exception with the manufacturer. I would be happy to research this for you however you would need to contact me directly at the store. I am very sorry you feel we gave you the run around. That is not what we strive for.
