Service Visit I came in for service on my car. They got me in on time, explained everything they were going to do, how much it would cost, and how long it would tak I came in for service on my car. I ended up getting out a half hour earlier than expected, paying exactly what I was told, and Laura checked in on me while I waited. Oil change While everyone is very friendly and the service is good; I will likely not take my car back in for servicing. Received price for changing and installation of air filter and cabin filter for $120. I thought the price sounded extremely high and checked with my usual mechanic who quoted me $70. Price for the oil change was comparable but will likely not continue servicing my car at Honda Barn. More
Expensive / Poor Communication As I live in Exeter, this is the closest Honda dealership. I have been bringing cars here of and on for almost 20 years. Over time, I have found that communication with the service department has declined. From not calling back, to long hold times and accidental hang-ups, to miscommunication regarding the cost of service, I have not been thrilled with the service I've received the last few times. I will say that Linda did take $100.00 off my last bill, as well as comped the detailing we had received, which was nice. Sort of makes up for the "sticker shock" of the final bill, but not quite. Usually, I take my car to a small, local mechanic. Don't ask me why I didn't this time, but I'm pretty sure I will continue to do that going forward. More

Friendly and Quick Service and Fair Price I called on Tuesday, got an appt. on Wed. for break pads. Dropped off my car at 9:30, had car back by 2:00. Used their Courtesy van for drop off and p I called on Tuesday, got an appt. on Wed. for break pads. Dropped off my car at 9:30, had car back by 2:00. Used their Courtesy van for drop off and pickup, so helpful. From beginning to end, service was awesome. On the initial phone call, they even mentioned using non-Honda brand break pads to save money. In past years, I always felt this location was very pushy with upselling services. In the last two years, this has totally changed and I don't feel pressure at all. Thank you Stratham Honda for taking care of our 3 Honda cars and our family! More
