Robert, not sure what your expectations were. As I understand it, you broke off the screws and only after you could not do it yourself you brought the vehicle to us. Not sure what your expectations were but if we could not get the screws out as you couldn't , replacement is the only option. We needed your approval to order the part as its not a part I normally would stock. You declined. I stand behind the quality of our work 100% and yes when changing out 100k spark plugs, they are VERY EXPENSIVE. Where did we let you down? I am not understanding what your "quality" issue is. Sometimes its better to call and discuss than to leave a bad review. It is usually far more satisfying. Wish you well with your repairs. Linda Murphy

Scott Earwood, Ouch! Yes you did pay $289 for work/parts to your vehicle. I am reminded of the expression my grandmother always used... The devils in the details. Yes you did purchase a battery for $133..90 and were charged $25.00 for removal /disposal/installation. Your battery cost you $158.90. A pretty fair deal. Had you simply requested us to install a battery, that is what you would have paid. However, as you knew coming in, it wasn't that easy or I guess you would have done it yourself. Your complaint was more involved . You asked us to diagnosis the electrical system warning light that had come on in your vehicle. We must run diagnostics on your vehicle to determine the root problem. That takes time. Originally we traced it to the battery sensor, which we replaced and btw, you were not charged for that. Once that was completed, diagnostics were rerun and then traced it to the battery. The battery was replaced. Further diagnostics were run to verify the problem was fully remedied. We also performed a complimentary multi point inspection. I understand you manage peoples investments for a living. Well its quite similar. I invest in the training, the tools and the right people to keep your vehicle running at its best. I can't imagine you would manage my money for me and then not expect to be paid. My technicians work very hard when they come to work, they deserve to be compensated for their time. We charged you an additional $125 to run electrical diagnostics on your car. One hour diagnostics for an electrical issue is more than reasonable. I stand behind the services, the quality of the service and parts as well as the fairness of what we charged. Sad to say, had you replaced your own battery, your "never go to a dealer" pride would have had to be swallowed as that was not the sole remedy. I am sorry you do not see the value in our "dealer" services. We take pride in our work and believe we deliver genuine value.
