Car brought in by tow truck on a Saturday This was my first visit to Honda Barn in Stratham, NH. I was the closest dealership to me when my car would not start. I was greeted and helped by Laura who got my info into the system and said they would try to et to my car that day but more than likely it wool die Monday. We agreed that the battery needed checking as well as the alternator. Along with that also wanted them to to the 60,000 mile service. Laura called on Monday and said that the trouble was my battery and replaced it. Got a call on Tuesday letting me know my car was all set and ready for pick up. Laura was very informative and explained exactly what was covered in terms of what they did. I arrived and picked up my car on Tuesday. I will definitely go back to this dealership for service on my Honda. If I had to choose one negative it was that they told me the car would be washed on the exterior but it was not. I was very happy with the service they provided. More

Confusing and botched service I called to schedule a 105,000 mile service after looking at the Honda flyer. I wanted an oil change and any other maintenance that was due. I have a 2012 4 cylinder Civic with 109,000 miles. When I called, I was told I needed a valve adjustment and spark plug replacement. I assumed that was part of the regular service, without looking at the description more closely. The worker gave me a 1:30 appt. for the following Monday 9/17 and said it would take a couple of hours. Late Saturday I got a voicemail informing me that the engine needed to be cold, so I would need to drop it off Sunday eve. or Monday morning. I dropped it off Sunday. Monday, I got a call saying that a bolt had broken and would need to be specially ordered. The car would therefore not be ready until sometime Tuesday. I picked up the car Tuesday afternoon, drove away, and realized the oil hadn’t gotten changed. I called and was told that I had requested the valve and spark plug work, not an oil change. So, $725 later, I still did not get all the services listed and got services that are not listed as needed for a Civic. I did speak with Donnie Paige, who was identified as the manager (but not listed as such below), who was pleasant and offered a free and quick oil change, but I was still confused as whether the valve and spark plug work were even recommended for a Civic. Also, I still need all the other services listed under 105,000 Mile Service, as far as I know. More

Able to work around my schedule I went to Honda Barn for the first time just for an oil change and tire rotation. I work second shift and sometimes it makes appointments like this a little challenging, but they were very accommodating. I was able to drop my car off in the afternoon and pick it up after hours. Harry, my rep, was able to text me the information when it was done since I was at work and unable to receive a phone call. They went over everything with their detailed report, almost like a preliminary inspection, which was nice to know how my brakes and tires were. Quick and easy, polite service, very accommodating, will be going back. More
