$103.00 /1.5 hour oil change I am a repeat customer at the Honda barn in stratham and needless to say I was a little surprised at the cost of the oil change and the length of time I am a repeat customer at the Honda barn in stratham and needless to say I was a little surprised at the cost of the oil change and the length of time required to change said oil and wiper blades. I have been consistently happy with the quality of work and service I will return but not without a coupon in hand and more than 2 free hours to be sure. More

First Service Center Visit This was the first time we serviced our new Honda at the Honda Barn. Making an appointment online was easy, staff were friendly and professional, the This was the first time we serviced our new Honda at the Honda Barn. Don’t recommend Very disappointed. I brought in the car to have the brakes serviced. The service dept called to verify what I wanted done, so I said that at this poin Very disappointed. I brought in the car to have the brakes serviced. The service dept called to verify what I wanted done, so I said that at this point in the car’s life, it might need brakes. They did the “courtesy inspection” and came up with suggestions only brake fluid and new tires before winter. Less than 24 hours after having the brake fluid changed and picking up my car, the battery died. Isn’t the battery part of the inspection? I was able to get the car to another mechanic who came up with several other concerns that need to be addressed very soon, including the new battery, brake pads, an air filter and shocks. Yet I paid $130 and was told there were no other concerns? This was dishonest, expensive for the quality, and very inconvenient. I don’t envision myself returning. More

Electrical issues I had the same issue accure every week for about 6 weeks you staff work with me patiently. Finally Linda decided to get involved and look into this a I had the same issue accure every week for about 6 weeks you staff work with me patiently. Finally Linda decided to get involved and look into this and your technicians were able fix the issue. She came up with a fair payment which I was happy to pay. Linda made a point to make this right and she certainly did. I work for a five star hotel so service is what I understand and deliver on a daily basis it’s nice to be on the the receiving end once in awhile. So when it’s time to buy another car I’ll be back.
