No calls This is the first time I have had an issue with the service department. I had a flat tire and made an appointment to have the tire checked. After the tire was examined it was found that I would need a new one. It would need to be ordered and would be in the next morning. The next day I heard nothing and so called in the afternoon and was informed that the tire was not in, but they would call me when it was ready. I did not receive a call. The next day, no call so late morning I called and was informed that I could come in atr 2. At that time I was promptly taken care of. I would have appreciated a call both times,. Why was I forced to make contact in order to get this taken care of. More

They can honor a slightly expired coupon and have a good Monthly email & Honda app for smartphones. However, the price to get my tires checked was a bit pricey & they are slow to make detailed recommendations depending on which Rep you speak/work with regarding repairs. Was charged sixty bucks in the tire pressure problem because a Honda software update was needed. I have had the car for only 10 momths and had to pay for faulting sensors communications by the manufacturer.For example, one service rep offered wiper inserts whereas another in the past made no mention that they could conduct this simple hardware upgrade. More
Honda Barn maintenance is seamless! I brought our CR-V in for an oil change. Not only was I able to book the appt within a few days, but when I got there, the service bay was clean, the I brought our CR-V in for an oil change. Not only was I able to book the appt within a few days, but when I got there, the service bay was clean, the check-in process was easy with knowledgeable & friendly staff. Eileen was super helpful, she suggested a transmission flush and explained the pros/cons of getting it done which I did and got me the best price possible on all my service that day. Not only that but their service dept still had me out of there within 25 mins which was great because I had to be somewhere right afterwards. Everyone at Honda Barn is fantastic....service, sales, everyone. I can't say enough good things about them, I always refer friends to them and we will definitely consider coming back for our next vehicle purchase! More

I was informed the car was already in need of its first oil change which they took care of as well as correcting the tires' air pressures and rotating the tires. They offer 2 waiting rooms, one quiet (thank you) and the other with media, but I did not have to wait very long. The most fun surprise was they had washed my car too! Thank you! More

Eileen listened sympathetically, assured me it would all be fine, moved my appointment an hour later, and scheduled a loaner car in case I needed it. It may sound like a little thing, but for a busy mom trying to juggle too many things, a person who says "No problem, we can make it work for you. What do you need?" is a hero. She could not have been kinder. Because of Eileen's incredible customer service, my car, which was quite overdue for service, is in perfect shape. I've got one less thing to worry about, and I was able to make the rest of my day work. I am forever grateful. Great service, out ahead of schedule with a clean car and peace of mind. More
