Great place for service Took my CRV in for the 60,000 service and state inspection. Service was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Too slow, too expensive for oil/filter/tire rotation The people are friendly, but I've never waited 70 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I'd like to keep bringing my car to the Honda Barn for service as I have always serviced my automobiles where I've purchased them. It is looking like I am going to stop servicing the vehicle here. easy in and out and no BS I went in for an oil change and my car was taken in right away. Handed the key off and walked around outside for a little while. About 30 minutes late I went in for an oil change and my car was taken in right away. Handed the key off and walked around outside for a little while. About 30 minutes later I was told my car was done and it had been washed as well. Nice touch I was not expecting. They did not try to push any services on me but made some recommendations. No pressure at all. More

Excellent service and parts dept I recently purchased my vehicle at Honda Barn on a Sunday and was not able to be introduced to the service and parts department. I had a trailer hitch I recently purchased my vehicle at Honda Barn on a Sunday and was not able to be introduced to the service and parts department. I had a trailer hitch installed on my Pilot and arrived 1/2 hour prior to the service department even opening, they were gracious enough to allow me to drop the keys and send me on my way as a co worker was waiting. It was my error, I thought they opened at 7 and they opened at 8. They by rights should have asked me to wait but they didn't and I didn't receive an attitude like I would have in other dealerships I have been to in the past. Again, I'm sorry Honda Barn for my faux pas. More

Brendan is incredibly nice. The others are great as well. I went in for a heating problem on a car still under warranty. They could not find the problem but were very gracious and washed my car and even hosed I went in for a heating problem on a car still under warranty. They told me to come back if I continue to have the problem. More

Inspection with surprises!! I brought my CR-V in for it's annual inspection but got a nit more than I wanted--needed rear brakes, brake light and a new battery but Kevin Delay wa I brought my CR-V in for it's annual inspection but got a nit more than I wanted--needed rear brakes, brake light and a new battery but Kevin Delay was excellent!! Explained my options, let me make choices and I felt he was very honest about prices and product quality,etc.. NH Inspection Just moved to NH from NJ, where my first inspection on my new 2017 CRV was not due until May of 2022, and then every two years.
