Not great I was called about a recall on my Honda. I brought my car in for the repair. I then get a call a,week later that I have to bring it in again. Friendly Service Keeps Me Coming Back to Honda Barn Honda Barn makes getting my car serviced easy. This last time they called me to remind me of my service. Their call came in on a Friday and they fit Honda Barn makes getting my car serviced easy. This last time they called me to remind me of my service. Their call came in on a Friday and they fit me in the next day so I was able to get my servicing done when it was convenient for me. They had it done within an hour and called me immediately. Not to mention how friendly the staff is every time I come in. More

Thanks for nothing! Just trying to get a simple oil change The service department tried to get me to do more than an oil change when I went in and then they didn't reset the Oil Life gauge on my dashboard. Whe The service department tried to get me to do more than an oil change when I went in and then they didn't reset the Oil Life gauge on my dashboard. When I called about it they said bring it back in, I said no can you get someone on the phone to tell me how to do it they said NO everyone is too busy and took my number to call me back - no one ever called me back. I had to google it and figured out how to do it myself. I am NOT happy and wanted to start shopping for a new car - I don't think I want another Honda if this is how I get treated! The entire experience was hostile - makes me think management treats the employees like xxxx and they just give it to the consumers. More

Aggravating The purpose of my appointment was to replace the air bag inflators. I was not asked, they just decided to do a check of all fluids, etc. and I was The purpose of my appointment was to replace the air bag inflators. I was not asked, they just decided to do a check of all fluids, etc. and I was told that I needed to do the rear differential fluid and all other fluids. I had the rear differential fluid done a couple months ago, so I feel I was being scammed. I was not informed that they were going to go through my car like that. I have my own mechanic for such things, and did not appreciate having to wait for them to do unnecessary work. They had no business doing that. More

Disappointed My car was in to have the battery replaced. Honda did a checkup on the whole car and said all of my brakes and pads should be replaced. I took it to a local repair shop I trusted for a second opinion and they said that price completely inflated, and the brakes were fine. More

Inspection led to Airbag recall I originally came in to see what head wrong with my car and was told I would have to pay a charge.
