Good, just wish it was a little faster I had to bring my two young kids with me to get my oil changed so I made an appointment online for first thing (super simple - which made my life easy I had to bring my two young kids with me to get my oil changed so I made an appointment online for first thing (super simple - which made my life easy!) and showed up for my appointment. I was told it would take about an hour for my oil change - I asked if it could be done as soon as possible since I had my kids with me and had somewhere I needed to be. After about 45 minutes or so, I looked out and my car was parked out in the parking lot - I'm not sure how long it had been out there. I went and spoke with the woman at the desk and she was great - they got me out quick after that, but I was a little frustrated that in all they didn't seem to be worried about getting me out quickly - they just parked my car outside. I'm not sure how much longer I would have been sitting there if I hadn't seen it. Other than that, everything was great. More

Very Frustrating Experience It took them over an hour and a half to tell me what they were going to charge me on the original issue I came in to get fixed. They charged me $125. It took them over an hour and a half to tell me what they were going to charge me on the original issue I came in to get fixed. They charged me $125.00 Evaluation Fee even though I supplied them with the computer service code. They did all of my in warranty work first without even telling me before they gave me a quote for my original issue. More
Did not fix my windshield Brought my leased Pilot in for glass work -- windshield had a small spiderweb crack, repair supposed to be covered by "scratch and dent" insurance I b Brought my leased Pilot in for glass work -- windshield had a small spiderweb crack, repair supposed to be covered by "scratch and dent" insurance I bought from the dealership when signing the lease. Even had the car in earlier to confirm repair would be covered. Then when the car was in for repair, I got a call that the glass technician had not been able to repair the crack, and had actually made it worse. I would need a new windshield, which was not covered under the insurance, for $285. I said sure, go ahead, and then was told that they had to order the glass, and I would have to drop my car off the next day for the repair. I said forget it, too much trouble, I'll get the glass replaced on my own (for much cheaper). PS - They also tried to get me to buy two new tires while I was in there, for $518 +$99 for alignment. $600 for two tires!!! Forget it. More
