It's stuffy in there and not the cleanest of places. I drove off hearing a very loud noise my van wasn't making before. The Service Manager was very kind and helpful. He saw I had been there for a long time, so he drove out to my house to check the noise issue with my van. I think it was the cover to the air filter that hadn't been pushed down all the way, that was causing the noise. I don't believe the slow service was a reflection of the manager at all. This man in my opinion went above and beyond to provide great service to his customer. I appreciate what he did greatly. I did not feel like driving back to Honda with my 3 kids. More

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Prior to driving by Honda Barn my tire pressure indicator light came on.
