Dear Croguet1, I am sorry for the issue with your tire pressure. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but we are getting into the season where this happens to almost everyone. Our phones have already begun to ring. Large fluctuations in air temperature will cause low pressure warning lights to go on. No need to worry. Your tires are fine. And in time your car will learn to adjust to the colder temperatures. I wish it were as simple as putting more air in your tires and sending you on your way. If this was done, your tires would be over pressurized, causing uneven wear and if the tires got hot such as on a long drive, the tires could blow out. I invite you to look over your multi point inspection, it is more than tires and brakes. It covers most all items that can be measured and can be preventative. If you do not see the value in the free service, you can request to not have it performed at any time. Thank you for your patronage. Linda

So, do I recalibrate the tire pressure? Do I believe the warning light? Or do I just wait for "the car to learn to adjust to the colder temperatures"? I invite YOU to look over my multi point inspection. It has no customer identifying info and only has entries as I originally described. I have no doubt the free service has value; the "report" I received has very little.

Thank you for contacting me. I will certainly pull your MPI report and review it if you could provide me with the Repair Order number or a last name. I only have Croguet1. Honestly I would not be surprised to learn the tech did not put your name on, we use the repair order number and the last six of the vehicles ID numbers. And had they, you probably could not . Dear hdbrownlie, I am sorry to learn of your disappointment. Without further information, there is little I can do to remedy your dissatisfaction. I can only speculate that you had a problem that we addressed. Sounds like it took us an hour and half to diagnosis the issue you were having. Not sure why you would not expect to pay for the technicians time and tools. Typically ( not 100%) those charges are waived if you have the repairs done. Dear Reid, I am very sorry to learn of your experience. I can't fault you for not being happy. I wish I had the opportunity to learn of this sooner while we were in a position to work on your behalf. I have addressed this with my service department. Your glass policy should have taken care of the problem.When it was determined that the glass fracture was not repairable (not all of of them are), I could have tried to leverage the replacement. Where you had the repair done elsewhere it is beyond my control now. I would be very curious as to where you had your Honda glass replaced for less than $300 unless you went through your auto insurance. As for your tire pricing, that was a very competitive quote for what you requested, Two Michelin Latitude 245/60R18H balanced, rotated and installed for $518 is very competitive. Another $99 for four wheel alignment which you very much needed. I would suggest if you are to keep this vehicle you perform more maintenance, we have no record of your ever having done any tire rotations, wheel alignments, both items cause premature tire wear.
