oil change & recall When I called to make the appointment the Service person was very polite and helpful. The services done on my van took 2 1/2 hrs. It's stuffy in there and not the cleanest of places. I drove off hearing a very loud noise my van wasn't making before. The Service Manager was very kind and helpful. He saw I had been there for a long time, so he drove out to my house to check the noise issue with my van. I think it was the cover to the air filter that hadn't been pushed down all the way, that was causing the noise. I don't believe the slow service was a reflection of the manager at all. This man in my opinion went above and beyond to provide great service to his customer. I appreciate what he did greatly. I did not feel like driving back to Honda with my 3 kids. More

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Prior to driving by Honda Barn my tire pressure indicator light came on. Serviced both of our Hondas quickly and on time! We had oil changes on our Accord and Pilot, both purchased at the Honda Barn. Nice surprise! I've never had much luck with car repair/service. I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of.
