Dear Greed, Wow, that is certainly a negative review. Unfortunately, I am not able to address this as you have not contacted us, nor identified yourself. I do have a couple of questions, If the vehicle has 4500 miles on it as stated, why was the battery not covered under the manufacturers warranty. We only sell Honda genuine parts which includes Honda batteries. The statement that the battery was not strong enough begs the question what has been added to your vehicle to create this draw. I would love to make this right for you as we do not operate as you have described; "trying to hook you into junk":. I am available any time during normal business hours to speak with you. Even when the television is on and our main waiting area is a bit noisier, there's a place for those who want to read or work quietly.
