The offer of a complimentary rotation is surely unusual but there were special circumstances here. Everyone was so nice and the bill was even less than I expected. While waiting we talked to Eddie in sales about a Honda Fit which we never considered before. We've bought two Civics from you (Eddie) and love your dealership. More

The first time I brought in my new Honda CRV thinking the AC was acting up, but he explained how Eco mode can reduce the effectiveness of the air conditioner. Great help no charge This last time was a routine oil change and it was quick and easy. More

Greg who was at the front desk was very helpful explaining everything to me about the loaner and the service I had scheduled. My car was ready in 2 hours!! He didn't turn around because he had our infant with him. Frustrating. Just reminds me there's a reason that I had been servicing elsewhere. More

Very disappointing I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Honda. Not only was a coupon for an oil change not honored, when I thought to look a little more I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Honda. Not only was a coupon for an oil change not honored, when I thought to look a little more closely at my bill I discovered that I had been charged for a loaner car that I was told would be at no charge. I wonder how many times this has happened since I don't usually dissect and add up each line item on my Honda bill. I called today to complain and I am told that a credit for the car (not the missing oil change coupon) would be put on my account for the next time I bring my car in for service. I certainly hope they honor that promise. More
Poor Costumer Service When I picked up my vehicle, I was informed not all of the requested work had been completed and the gentleman shrugged his shoulders at me. I pointed out the written work reques and he said it didn't get done. Several other employees just stared and he shrugged his shoulders and said "we didn't do it." I was uncomfortable and left with no options for resolution, just given back my car. I left a voicemail and asked for a manger to call. Two days later I received a call defending their costumer service and explaining the work was in fact done. The manager wasn't responsive to my concern, rather defensive and talked at me. When I stated my opinion to her that my husband probably would not have been treated the same way, she said she doubted that because 85% of their business comes from women. Well then, I guess shrugging shoulders, not completing work, and not offering an appointment to complete the work, is how the Honda Barn treats women. Very disappointed. More

My Leaking Tire I noticed that my left rear tire was losing air. I called the Honda Barn and they took me in. Brendan looked at the tire and found the problem right I noticed that my left rear tire was losing air. I called the Honda Barn and they took me in. Brendan looked at the tire and found the problem right away. IIt was a piece of metal that had gone through the tire. He patched the tire and at the same time checked all the other tires. I was very satisfied. More
