Recall Shortly after relocating to Exeter, NH I received a recall notice from Honda. When I called for an appointment I was promptly scheduled. When arriving Shortly after relocating to Exeter, NH I received a recall notice from Honda. When I called for an appointment I was promptly scheduled. When arriving I was greeted by Ethel within minutes. After updating my contact info Ethel walked me to the waiting area and directed me to the coffee bar, restrooms etc. She gave me an estimated time of completion. While doing the complimentary check they found that I needed a minor repair. Ethel updated me with the cost and approximate additional waiting time. When the work was complete within this timeframe I was shown to desk, checked out and went on with my day. The facility was clean, staff extremely pleasant and efficient. I would strongly recommend this dealership for maintenance and look forward to someday purchasing a new vehicle from them. Thanks so much for the excellent service!!! More
