Recognizing that we planned on selling or donating the car at summer's end, the staff didn't press to address all the things that a 13-year-old car needs. Instead, they fixed what was obviously broken and stopped. I'd recommend the dealership to anyone seeking to buy or service a Honda. More

Inspection Sticker and oil change I had an appointment at 2:00 pm for an oil change and inspection sticker for a 4 month old vehicle that we bought there. They told me it would take 1.5 hours because it needed to be connected to the computer for the sticker. I have been driving for 40 years and it has never taken more than 20 minutes for an inspection and 10 minutes for an oil change. It took them 2 hours to do the job. We are very happy with the HRV but will not be going back to that dealership for service. More

Service Department Gets The Job Done I brought my nearly two-year old Honda Civic in for 10,000 mile check, and had friendly and prompt service as usual. Somewhat pricy and the 15,000 mi I brought my nearly two-year old Honda Civic in for 10,000 mile check, and had friendly and prompt service as usual. Somewhat pricy and the 15,000 mile check for next time might be a bit out of my price range, but there's lots to be said for having the Honda Dealership from which I purchased my car do the job. In this case, the "re-calibration" of the on-board tire monitoring system wasn't done by the Honda Service Department after rotation of the tires, and my "Check Tire!" message came on as I drove home. I almost turned around to go back to the dealership. Fortunately, I remembered reading something about that in the guidebook, so I found the directions -- quite easily, actually -- and did the re-calibration myself within 60 seconds. Other than that minor problem, I'm always satisfied by Honda Depot in Stratham! More

Poor communication. I took my car in on a Saturday morning and left it with them all day to find a problem I was having with my eletrical system. I never once thru the whole day recieved a call or update on my cars status. At the endof the day I tried tovreach them about it and found out they had closed for the day. WhenI finally got someone to check me out I found out that they had not found the problem and fixed nothing but the tech. stated on the order that he needed more time to diagnose the problem that I was charged $125 for. Maybe if they had called me I would have known this and told them to keep the car for further evaluation. Very poor customer service experience. More

I suggested he replace the tires and verify it does in fact need an alignment. I stated I wanted the pre alignment values. My wife did not receive the pre alignment values or the post alignment values. Tech took car back and got post alignment values. I still believe I did not need the alignment and the tech did not do the one thing I requested of him. Also Our oil change % got wiped out while replacing tires and doing an alignment. The MPH was reset to KPH. This is the most disappointed I have been with a dealership service in a long time. I likely will have my car serviced elsewhere in the future. More
