Honda Van Nuys - Service Center

Christian at Keyes Honda is a Horrible Service Adviser I came in on a Saturday at 11:45am WITH AN APPOINTMENT and was assigned to Christian. First, he told me a price that was $20 more than what I was quo I came in on a Saturday at 11:45am WITH AN APPOINTMENT and was assigned to Christian. First, he told me a price that was $20 more than what I was quoted when I scheduled my service online. He gave me a hard time about honoring the price online and then said he could do it for the same price but they would need to use lesser quality oil for my oil change. He checks me in, or so I thought, and then tells me it will take about 4 hours. I ask For a Lyft ride home and he says he will call me in a few hours to let me know the status of my car. The service center closed at 5pm on this particular day and it's already 4:30 and I haven't received a call from Christian. I decided to call in and when I get transferred to him, he seems confused for a moment and looks me up in the system with my phone number. He puts me on hold and then comes back online to say that he will have my car ready by the end of the day! At this point it's already 15 minutes before closing, my car hasn't yet been serviced, and I'm' still at home!! I ask him does that mean my car hasn't been serviced yet and he says yes. He fails to admit that he completely NEGLECTED MY PAPERWORK, he offers NO APOLOGY, and doesn't even offer to complementary service my car another day. When I ask for complimentary service for the inconvenience, he has the audacity to say he can't get the car serviced if I'm not going to pay!! I have a family member take me to pick up my car and he again has no remorse or any offer of apology for what he has done. Unfortunately, the manager wasn't there, but Ivan and Jonelle end up helping me out and Jonelle offers to take care of the car the next day completely complimentary!! DO NOT SEE CHRISTIAN. He is completely neglectful, incompetent at his job and only in it for the commission. More

Miguel and Keyes Hionda Van Nuys service is awesome! Took my car in for the recommended Oil Change service and had a very quick, easy and friendly experience. They immediately took my car in for service, gave me a ride to work, did a thorough inspection of my car, advised me of the cause of my warning lights, corrected the problem and had my car ready when promised. Based on my experience I give them an excellent rating. More

Interacting with such genuinely nice people makes having to deal with “getting your car fixed” a much better experience. My compliments of course to the mechanics who performed the necessary work but I’m at a disadvantage as I don’t know their names. But I do know that having Jonelle and Jennifer as the face of the Keyes corporation is only doing the company a world of good. These two young ladies are an assist to your organization and know their business. As a former Exec VP of Client Relations before retiring I know customer service. As do these ladies.
